Working on Projects

Within the last 25 years I have been working on numerous projects and most of them I remember good memories.
What is “Success” in development projects? I would say: When everybody is proud of the jointly reached accomplishments, in that case the project  has been “successful”.

Personal key-note

Many people say that professionals should refrain from close personal relationships to clients. Finally, only results matter. I don’t share that perspective.
I always try to bring in more than ideas, know-how and experience – and this is my personality, my enthusiasm and my empathy. You always meet me as a human when we cooperate.
